  • Cornwall Carers Service

    Cornwall Carers Service, which came into effect on 1st July 2021, supports all carers regardless of age, disability, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, pregnancy, maternity, race, religion or belief and marriage and civil partnerships.
    Three levels of support are offered:
    Level 1 will offer help to self-manage via a whole-age Adviceline on 01736 756655, an interactive website, text-to-chat options, live web-chat options, Carers Emergency Card, Carers Passport, Carers Register and Carers Newsletter.
    Level 2 will offer enhanced support via the whole-age Adviceline where there will be a dedicated Team available to answer Carers’ calls and queries as well as other support while Level 3 will offer formal care and support through a Needs Assessment and associated Support Plan.
